FAQs

Common questions

How do I get a quote, and how fast?

Send your postcode, the service you want, the property size and your preferred date. In most cases we come back the same day with a scope and a fixed price. The more detail you give up front, the less back-and-forth there is.

How is the price worked out?

On the property and what it actually needs, not a flat rate. A tidy one-bed and a four-bed that has not been touched in a year are very different jobs, so we quote on the size, the condition and the access, then confirm the price before you book. Nothing gets added on the day.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes, the team turns up with the usual kit and cleaning products. If your building has specific product requirements, or you would rather we used your own, tell us when you book and we will sort it.

Do I need to be home?

No. Plenty of our cleans are on empty properties or for people out at work, so a key, a lockbox or a door code works fine. Just tell us how we get in when you book.

Can you clean to a letting agent or landlord checklist?

Yes, and on an end of tenancy clean it is the best way to work. Send the check-out or inventory list with your quote request and we clean to it, line by line, so the property is handed back to the standard the agent expects.

Is the oven included in the price?

Inside-oven cleaning is usually a separate add-on because it adds real time to the job. Ask for it with your quote, along with anything else like the fridge, internal windows or carpets, and we will price it in.

What happens if something was missed?

If something in the agreed scope was genuinely missed, tell us promptly after the clean and we will come back and put it right. See the guarantee page for exactly what that covers.

Which areas do you cover?

London, Greater Manchester and Liverpool, plus the surrounding towns in Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside, Surrey, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire. If you are not sure we reach your street, send your postcode and we will confirm.

Can I get the same cleaner for a regular clean?

That is what we aim for. On a regular slot we keep the same cleaner on your home where we can, so they learn the place and your brief. If they are ever off sick or on holiday we will tell you and send someone we have briefed.

Glossary

Cleaning terms explained

End of tenancy clean
A deep clean of a rented home at move-out, worked to the letting agent's check-out standard so the deposit comes back.
Check-out inventory
The report a letting agent or clerk fills in when you leave, comparing the property to the check-in photos. The cleaning items on it are what an end of tenancy clean targets.
Deposit scheme
The government-backed scheme a landlord must protect your deposit in. Cleaning is one of the most common reasons for a deduction, so a checkout-standard clean protects it.
Deep clean
A one-off, top-to-bottom reset that reaches what a regular visit skips: behind appliances, the extractor, skirting boards, grout and inside cupboards.
After-builders clean
The clean once building work is finished, clearing fine plaster dust, cement haze and paint specks. The builder clears the rubble first; we deal with the dust and residue.
Add-on
An extra priced on top of the main clean, like the inside of the oven, internal windows or carpets. Ask for these with your quote so they are scoped and priced in.
Scope
The agreed list of exactly what a clean covers, set before booking so there are no surprises on the day for you or us.
Re-clean
A return visit to put right anything in the agreed scope that was genuinely missed. See our guarantee for how it works.
