How quotes, bookings, access, cancellations, and payment work when you clean with us. Plain terms, agreed before any work starts.
Before booking
Quotes and scope
A quote is based on the property details you give us. It is an estimate until we confirm the scope with you. The scope, the price, and what is and is not included are agreed before any work is booked, so there are no surprises on the day. If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you and re-quote before continuing rather than bill you for it afterwards.
On the day
Access and the property
You are responsible for arranging access at the agreed time, including keys or entry codes, and for telling us about parking or loading constraints when you request the quote. Where parking is restricted, that is factored into timing, not added to the price after the fact. Please make sure utilities (water, electricity, hot water) are on, as some work cannot be completed without them.
Putting it right
If something is missed
We work to the agreed checklist. If you book an end-of-tenancy clean and the landlord or agent's check-out flags something we genuinely missed within the agreed scope, tell us promptly and we will return and put it right. This covers the work we were booked to do; it does not cover pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items outside the agreed scope.
Rescheduling
Changes and cancellation
Plans change. Let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a booking so we can offer the slot to someone else. If you cancel or reschedule at very short notice, or we cannot get access on the day, a charge may apply to cover the reserved time. We will always be clear about any such charge before it is applied.
Billing
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. We do not take card details through this website. Recurring services (such as regular domestic or office cleaning) are billed on the schedule agreed at quote stage.
The legal bit
Liability and law
We take care in your property and aim to leave it to the agreed standard. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to re-performing the work in question or a refund of the amount paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
