Privacy Policy

We only collect what you give us. There is no account system and no login. When you use the quote or contact form we receive:

• Your name and the contact details you enter (email and/or phone).
• The property and service details you share so we can scope and price the job.
• Anything you write in the message field.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange the clean if you go ahead. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services, and, where you become a customer, performance of the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We keep the list of processors short on purpose:

• Hosting: the site is served by Vercel, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and keep the service available.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used, in aggregate. See the cookie policy for the cookies this sets and how to opt out.
• Enquiry handling: in production, form submissions may be forwarded to a secure internal endpoint so the team can reply. Submissions are not posted publicly.

We do not transfer your data outside our processors above, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. If you become a customer, basic job records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, then removed. Ask us and we will tell you what we still hold.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email office@cleaners.ltd.uk and we will action it. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
