How a booking works
Scope first, fixed price before booking, then a clean worked to an agreed list.
- 01Tell us the property, the service you want and your preferred dates. Send a postcode, and any agent or landlord checklist if it is an end of tenancy clean.
- 02We come back, usually the same day, with a clear scope and a fixed price. Nothing gets added on the day.
- 03We agree the scope against a checklist before you book, so there is a shared, written record of exactly what we will do.
- 04The team works through the agreed list, then gives the property a final walk-round before finishing.
