What we promise
Our re-clean guarantee
If something in the agreed scope was genuinely missed, tell us promptly and we will come back and put it right. That is the whole guarantee, kept simple on purpose.
It works because we agree the scope against a checklist before the clean, so there is a clear, shared record of what we were booked to do. On an end of tenancy job that usually means we align to the letting agent or landlord check-out list. If their check-out later flags a cleaning item that was in our scope, that is exactly what the re-clean covers.
In scope
What it covers
- Anything on the checklist we agreed and signed off before the clean
- Spots within that scope that an agent or landlord check-out flags afterwards
Out of scope
What it does not cover
- New mess or use after we finished, or damage that happened later
- Work that was never in the agreed scope (for example an oven or carpets you did not book in)
- Results we told you up front would not fully come back, like an old set-in stain or deep oil
We would rather be straight about this up front than surprise you later. Where a mark or a stain might not fully lift, we say so before we start, so the guarantee is about genuine misses, not impossible jobs.
If something was missed
How to raise it
- Tell us promptly after the clean, ideally within 48 hours, while the property is still in the same state
- Share what was missed, and the check-out report or photos if a letting agent has flagged it
- We review it against the scope we agreed and arrange a return visit to put it right
