Small two-bed off Stanley Road. The bathroom was the worst of it, mould in the sealant and the shower screen had gone cloudy. Came up clean. Got the full deposit back.
Good but ran late
Booked a 9am slot, they got there nearer 10:30 and didn't call ahead. Once they started though they were quick and the kitchen looked better than when I moved in. Agent had no complaints.
