The guide price is from £99 for a standard one-bed flat, and it goes up with the size and the state of the place. A four-bed house that's been lived in hard is a different job from a tidy one-bed, so we quote on what the property actually needs and confirm the price before you book.
Because no two move-outs are the same. A flat handed back clean needs a couple of hours; one with a greasy oven, limescaled bathrooms and worn carpets needs a lot more. A single flat rate would mean overcharging the easy jobs and rushing the hard ones, so we price on scope instead.
Inside-oven cleaning is usually a separate add-on, because it adds real time. Tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll price it in, along with anything else the agent's checklist calls for, like the fridge, internal windows or carpets.
