It's from £10 an hour with a minimum booking, but most offices want a fixed price per visit for a set scope rather than an open hourly tab. We quote that once we know the desk count, the areas you want covered, and how often. Ask for a quote and you'll get a clear per-visit figure.
A fixed per-visit price is easier to budget, and it means we're paid for the result rather than the clock. We work out how long your scope honestly takes, agree it with you, and that's the price each visit unless the scope changes.
Out-of-hours slots cost a bit more because of staffing, but they're how most offices prefer it, so we're not cleaning over people's desks. Tell us your access window and we'll build it into the quote.
No. It's recurring work on a regular slot, but we'd rather earn the repeat than tie you in. We agree the frequency and the notice period up front.
