Scope

What's included

Every site is different, so we walk the premises (or talk it through) and agree the task list before the first visit.

  • Front-of-house cleaned to the standard your customers see (entrance, glass, floors, counters)
  • Washrooms cleaned, sanitised and restocked where you supply the consumables
  • Hard floors vacuumed and mopped; method set by floor type and footfall
  • Touch points wiped: door handles, card machines, light switches, rails
  • Bins emptied and waste taken to your designated point or store

Move-out detail

  • Floors cleaned to suit the surface (vinyl, tile, laminate, polished concrete)
  • Counters, tills, and display surfaces wiped down
  • Seating, waiting areas, and reachable ledges dusted

Washrooms

  • Toilets, urinals, sinks, and taps cleaned and sanitised
  • Mirrors and splash areas polished
  • Soap, paper, and roll restocked from your supplies
  • Floors mopped with attention to behind and around fittings

Staff and back areas

Hygiene-sensitive areas

  • Treatment rooms, salon stations, or gym equipment wiped per your routine
  • Surfaces cleaned with products suited to the setting (we follow your spec where you have one)
  • Higher-frequency wipe-downs agreed for spaces with heavy footfall. Note any of this when you ask for a quote.

Best fit

  • Small businesses that need reliable recurring cleans
  • Landlords managing shared commercial spaces

Extras

Optional add-ons

Request these in your quote. All priced within the same booking.

  • Internal window and glass-front cleaning
  • Periodic deep clean (hard-floor scrub, descale, full washroom reset)
  • Carpet cleaning for waiting areas or offices on a rota
  • Consumables managed for you (paper, soap, bin liners)
  • One-off clean for a fit-out, reopening, or after an event

Scope limits

What's not included

So there are no surprises, here is what sits outside the standard clean. Several of these can be added on request.

  • High-level or exterior window cleaning that needs ladders, cradles, or access equipment (interior glass within reach is covered)
  • Deep carpet extraction, and hard-floor stripping, sealing, or polishing, unless quoted as a periodic add-on
  • Clinical, biohazard, or sharps waste, and any regulated waste stream
  • Pest control and infestation treatment
  • Grounds, landscaping, car parks, bin stores, and external grounds maintenance
  • Specialist machinery, production-line, or process-equipment cleaning
  • Removal or disposal of bulk waste, fly-tipping, or skip material

Common problems

Typical issues we tackle

  • Warehouse and industrial floors that take a scrubber-drier, not a mop, to shift ground-in dust and tyre marks
  • Communal areas in managed buildings where footfall and shared use mean entrances and lifts mark up fast
  • Multi-site estates where standards drift between locations without one agreed task list
  • High-traffic washrooms in retail and hospitality that need more frequent visits to stay on top of

Pricing factors

What affects the quote

No fixed prices. Scope, condition, and access all feed into the final figure.

  • 01Floor area and how many separate spaces or rooms there are
  • 02Visit frequency: daily, a few times a week, weekly, or fortnightly
  • 03Timing window, since out-of-hours and very early slots cost more to staff
  • 04How hygiene-sensitive the site is (clinic, salon, food area) and what that adds to each visit

3 steps

How it works

  1. 01Tell us the premises type, rough floor area, and the hours you want us in
  2. 02We confirm a task list and a per-visit price, and set the rota that fits your opening times
  3. 03We start the recurring clean and adjust the scope as your needs change

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Can you clean outside our opening hours?

Usually, yes. A lot of our commercial work happens before a shop or gym opens or after it shuts, so customers never see us at it. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all fine, though out-of-hours slots cost a bit more because of staffing. Tell us your hours and we'll fit the rota around them.

How is this different from your office cleaning?

Office cleaning is one type of commercial work. This page covers the rest: retail units, gyms and studios, salons, treatment rooms, cafes, showrooms, and light industrial fronts. The front-of-house standard and footfall matter more in those settings, and some of them are hygiene-sensitive, so the task list looks different from a typical office.

How does the pricing work?

It's from £10 per hour with a minimum booking, but most commercial clients want a per-visit price for a set scope rather than an open hourly tab. We quote that once we know the floor area, how often you want us in, and the timing. Ask for a quote and we'll give you a clear figure per visit.

Do you handle hygiene-sensitive premises like clinics and salons?

Yes. We clean treatment rooms, salon stations, and similar spaces, and we'll follow your own products or protocols where you have them. If there are specific requirements, put them in your quote request so the right time and materials are built in.

Do we need to supply anything?

We bring standard cleaning kit and products. Consumables like soap, paper towels, and bin liners are usually yours to stock, though we can manage and restock them for you as an add-on. If your site needs particular products, just say.

Can we change the days or scope later?

Of course. Retail and hospitality especially get busier and quieter through the year, so we expect the rota to shift. Give us reasonable notice and we'll adjust frequency or the task list.

Which sectors and premises do you cover?

Offices, retail and showrooms, hospitality and cafes, warehouses and industrial units, healthcare and clinics, schools and other education sites, and communal areas in managed buildings. Each setting has its own priorities, so footfall, hygiene rules, and front-of-house standards all shape the task list. Tell us the premises type when you ask for a quote and we build the scope around it.

Do you do one-off cleans as well as ongoing contracts?

Both. Most clients want a regular rota, but we also take one-off jobs: a fit-out clean, a reopening, post-event, or a periodic deep clean on top of the usual visits. Say which you need and we price it accordingly.

Do we get the same team each visit?

That is what we aim for. A regular team learns your site, your standards, and where things go, which matters more on larger or multi-area premises and helps with security on out-of-hours work. If someone is off we cover the visit and let you know.

What areas do you cover?

We work across the areas listed on our coverage pages and the surrounding towns. For multi-site contracts we can cover several locations under one arrangement. Send your postcodes when you enquire and we will confirm what we can take on.
