Top-floor flat in one of the big Georgian houses off Princes Avenue. High ceilings and original cornices, so a lot of dusting up high. They brought the right kit and didn't rush it. Place looked properly done, not just wiped over.
Solid clean, parking was a faff
Two-bed conversion. The clean itself was spot on, kitchen and bathroom both sorted. Only snag was parking on the road, took them a while to find a spot and carry the gear in. Worth mentioning your nearest space when you book.
