How do you price office cleaning?
On desk count, the areas you want covered, and how often we come in, not floor area on its own. A ten-desk office with one washroom that we do twice a week is a different job from the same desks done daily with a kitchen and two meeting rooms. We confirm the price before booking so there are no surprises.
Can you come outside office hours?
Yes, that's how most of it gets done. Early morning before people are in, or evening after they've gone, so we're not working over occupied desks. Tell us the window that suits and we'll fit the visit to it.
How does access work with keys and alarms?
We'll sort key handling and alarm codes with you before the first visit and agree who holds what. Most clients give us a key or fob and the disarm code. If you'd rather let us in each time, that works too, it just has to line up with the cleaning window.
Do we get the same cleaner each time?
That's what we aim for. The same person learns your office, knows where things go and what you're fussy about, and it's better for security when one face is coming in out of hours. If they're off sick we'll cover it and let you know.
Can you keep us stocked with loo roll and handwash?
We can manage consumables if you want it off your plate, loo roll, handwash, bin liners, hand towels. We track what's running low and top it up. Or you buy your own and we just put it out. Say which when you ask for a quote.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
It's recurring work on a regular slot, but we'd rather earn the repeat than tie you in. We'll agree the frequency and notice up front.
Which sectors do you clean?
Offices are the bulk of it, but the same teams cover retail units, gyms and studios, education sites, and medical or dental practices where the routine is set by the practice. Each setting has its own standard, so we agree the task list and any product or hygiene rules at the survey rather than assume an office checklist fits a clinic or a shop floor.
Do you offer one-off cleans or only ongoing contracts?
Both. Most office work is a regular slot, but we also do one-offs: a pre-tenancy clean before you move in, a reset after a fit-out, or a deep clean on top of someone else's regular visit. Tell us which you want when you ask for a quote and we price it accordingly.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the city and the surrounding towns and business parks. The right window matters as much as the postcode, since a lot of office work is early morning or evening, so tell us where you are and the access window and we will confirm whether one team can cover it.
